- Lucky will eat just about anything. Especially if you put a bowl and a spoon in front of him before telling him what to do with it. He will lick all the eggs before and after he dyes them, but he will not eat a hard boiled egg.
- Apparently you don't need spoons or any other tool to dye eggs; hands work just fine.
- After those hands have been wiped on a white shirt you should not wash it with other whites... it will turn some of mommy's underwear pink... even if you used bleach.
- Lucky hates having his sleeves rolled up and will try to fix it himself and whine at you until you help him out.
- My kids do a pretty darn good job dyeing eggs.
- Dusty peels an egg fairly well for a 3 year old.
- Ned can turn anything in to an art project... even a yolk and some mini chocolate chips.
- Even if the Peeps sunflower cake did not turn out as cute as I'd hoped, the boys still thought it looked pretty yummy!
- Lucky only likes to eat the heads off of Peeps.
- Our family loves to play (or watch others play) our new game Guitar Hero III.
Bonus lesson learned: If Ned accidentally knocks over a bowl full of red egg dye on to your dining room floor, I won't care because I don't have carpet anymore. (I even thought I got it all cleaned up, only to discover in the next morning's light that the floor was red... it still wiped up!)

Love the pictures. You're the only person I know who can lounge and play Guitar Hero. Video games make me so nervous, I usually have to stand, even before Wii. And you're wearing an adorable shirt. I want it.
Fun times. Love those blue pajamas. The cake turned out cute. My friends at work loved it. Your guys really do know how to color eggs, and yeah for no carpet!

You must be proud of the Guitar Star your hubby is. I love the cake, it is so way cute. I love that Lucky only at the heads of the peeps, baby Morty just carried his marshmallow bunny around and wouldn't eat it.
